You may donate if you:

• Are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
• Contribute from your own funds. You cannot contribute funds that are being provided by another person or entity.
• Are at least 18 years old.
• Are not a federal contractor.
• Are making this contribution with your personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

Phillip Galinsky for America does not accept contributions from PACs, corporations, unions, federal contractors, national banks, FARA registrants, or foreign nationals.

The Phillip Galinsky For America principal campaign committee is the official organization responsible for management of Phillip Galinsky’s presidential campaign. 

This committee handles fundraising, spending, and compliance with Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations. As the central hub of the campaign’s activities, the Phillip Galinsky For America Principal Campaign Committee ensures that all financial contributions and expenditures are transparent, properly reported, and in full compliance with all US federal election laws.

Contributions to Phillip Galinsky for America are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
